Both companies were bought out and no longer sell these exact devices...The devices they are selling are junk. It is what it is. I am keeping this video up because for the product I got…it’s true. It is currently December 2021 and my dad still uses this MP3 Player. That being said….again…this MP3 Player is NOT what is currently being sold under this device’s name. DO NOT BUY THE ITEM BEING SOLD ON AMAZON ANYMORE. UPDATE: There's a NEW MP3 player (October 2020) on the market for the SAME PRICE that is faster, metal, and comes with 16GB storage. Also has 5 built-in playlists, Bluetooth 5.0, and has a higher quality screen. Most of the other features (like apps) are the same. I will be reviewing it soon (I'm going to play with it for another week or so, first)....but so far....It's a substantial upgrade over the TIMMKOO. It's from a company called Tengsen.
